That’s a strong accusation and couldn’t be further from our intent – which has always been to entertain and possibly enlighten. They ignored the appeal, and just recently they pulled another of our Mohahappy videos and gave us this more severe warning.
And this time, they added a ‘strike’ against our account. Two more strikes and they shut down our video channel. Well, that would be a big inconvenience since we have many videos other than the Mohahappy ones. So, since we have a large number of Mohahappy videos uploaded, and we have no idea what or how their definition of ‘hate speech’ is determined, we’ve taken all our Mohahappy comedy videos off youtube and uploaded them to a more first amendment supporting site called Veoh.
We have always had our battles with censorship, but it seems now that the Youtube Gestapo has put out a broad net to allow them to extinguish any speech that they find offensive. Unfortunately for us and free speech, we are forced to acquiesce. But although we had to buckle to their lockstep with the prophecy to 1984, we are not out of the game.
