Judy Tenuta, who was known for her brash comedy and accordion has passed away October 6, 2022 of ovarian cancer. Judy became a member of the Pirromount stable in 2014. Along with her co-starring in our 2017 feature film, Celluloid Soul; she also was in numerous shorts for a series we produced called “The World Accordion to Judy.” We were honored to have worked with her on all these projects and will miss her dearly. I made this little tribute video of our time together.
Earlier in 2022, when it was discovered that Judy had cancer, we produced a video of her in a boxing ring “Kicking Cancer’s Ass.” You can see the video below.
Unfortunately, Judy lost the rematch. RIP Funny Lady.
