This tunnel, located at Griffith Park in Hollywood, California, was used in the climactic road scene in Back to the Future II, it was also used in the 1988 comedy, Who Framed Roger Rabbit. It is obviously a favorite filming spot for director Robert Zemeckis.  They put a false front on it for Roger Rabbit.
