PV and Rage 4 ebayA POLISH VAMPIRE IN BURBANK and RAGE OF INNOCENCE

If you are into do it yourself filmmaking, these are two films for you.  In 1983, independent filmmaker Mark Pirro put together his first feature film, “A Polish Vampire in Burbank,” shot on a budget of $2500 and ultimately grossing over a half million in distribution sales.  Since then, Pirro has continued making these no-budget wonders and in 2014 completed his first and only psychological thriller called “Rage of Innocence.”  Rage was produced for less than half the cost of Polish Vampire, if you can imagine that, but advances in technology have made it possible for a filmmaker to get a slicker look, masking the fact that barely any money was spent on production.

If you have ever wanted to see what it looks like to make a feature and not go broke in the process, these movies are for you.
